XG (Xtraordinary Girls) is a seven-member girl group formed in January 2017.

and debut on March 18, 2022 with their first single, Tippy Toes.

They are the first group to make their debut from the new global entertainment production, XGALX, which is affiliated with Avex.

The rapid ascent of XG, a notable J-pop ensemble, has proven to be a captivating journey to observe. With solid backing from XGALX, a collaborative label between influential entities YG Entertainment from Korea and Japan’s AVEX Group, the foundation was laid for them to receive substantial behind-the-scenes support.

Stepping into the year 2023, they unveiled two singles, namely ‘SHOOTING STAR’ and ‘LEFT RIGHT’. A few months down the line, they took a significant leap onto the United States stage, gracing the Forest Hills venue in New York as part of 88rising’s Head in the Clouds event. The group also demonstrated their versatility by delivering a series of cover performances, encompassing tracks such as Michael Jackson’s ‘Rock With You’ and TLC’s ‘No Scrubs’. Moreover, they are actively reshaping the landscape with their compelling cyphers, both as a collective and as individual members.

XG released ‘GRL GVNG’, marking their inaugural single from an upcoming EP. The accompanying music video portrays a dystopian sci-fi universe, with the group donning striking costumes and delivering incendiary verses. They convey a resolute message, making it abundantly clear, “Workflow, hustle game/Never pick fights with a girl gang/All of my ladies are fire/Rolling with queens, it’s a female empire.
